Today, everyone recognises the value that coaching can bring to individuals and organisations. At Management Sanctuary, we believe coaching is at the heart of all development, as it weaves it's way across situations and issues experienced by those from the very top of the organisation to those still climbing.

Our executive coaching service provides unique and personal support to those leaders who wish to develop themselves at a pace to fit with their commitments. All of our accredited coaches are experienced senior managers, first and foremost; they have undertaken senior roles and appreciate the challenges faced by leaders today.

Typically, our executive coaching programmes fall into 2 styles:

  • 'Intensive' - a short burst of 3 or 4 sessions over a 2 or 3 month period, usually linked to a forthcoming business event or pressing need.

  • 'Slow burn' - a more typical approach, where the coaching engagement encompasses 4 or 5 sessions over a 6 month period, or even longer as required.
