Brian Bennett, Director...

Brian's approach to development is to tap into the potential that exists in everyone. He coaches and encourages individuals to explore their current performance and seek ways to "raise their game".

Brian has many years experience in banking, finance and automotive, in business development and financial analysis. His breadth of experience, reinforced with the practical application of academic research, enables him to develop the skills and confidence of individuals across a wide range of business topics.

Brian facilitates a balanced development of the three key areas required by leaders and managers: skill, knowledge and behaviour.

When Brian isn't coaching at work he coaches junior rugby players, some of whom have progressed to representative teams. He has a passion for water sports and given half a chance he'll drag people out in a boat and teach them to sail or ski. He sometimes gets the opportunity for DIY and to spend time with his wife and four children!
Brian has an MSc Strategic Automotive Management - he researched the evaluation of training and development, producing a framework to maximise the benefits of training. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Motor Industry, a member of the British Psychological Society, level A and B, and a certified coach.

Chris Cooper, Director...

An experienced facilitator/trainer/coach who strongly believes in the ability of the individual to grow and developed.
Experience of leading world-wide Operation Raleigh expeditions to management of high profile retail companies and also with one of Europe's premier hotel and leisure companies. Over several years working in HR and development fields, Chris has developed and established learning resource centre's for business, as well as delivering high impact and experiential development programmes.

He is particularly skilled in design and delivering e-learning materials, with a long track record for design and delivery of people development programmes in teamwork, management and leadership.

A thrill seeker who is active in many outdoor pursuit activities: skiing and snowboarding, climbing both freestyle and ice, white-water kayak, downhill and XC mountain biking. Master at Arms in foil, epée and sabre along with archery fill in the quieter days.

A qualified trainer with HCTC, ILM and member of the CIPD through qualification. Member of the e-Learning Guild, Project Managers Institute, Institute of IT Trainers and qualified life Coach.
