Organisations recognise the value that coaching brings to managers of all levels and experience. Just like our executive coaching, management coaching follows a similar approach, although the focus might be slightly different. Typically, these coaching 1-2-1s focus on more day-to-day, operational issues helping managers resolve various challenges:

  • people and performance management issues
  • having 'courageous conversations'
  • managing cross line of business relationships
  • management style and assertiveness
  • presentation skills support
  • improving self-awareness and impact on others

Sometimes, budget constraints hinder the ability to include as many people as would be liked, this is where our 'coaching clinics' approach comes in!

This 'GP surgery' style of coaching, allows for more people to receive the benefits of 1-2-1 coaching, but on a shorter, sharper basis. This clinic style allows for up to 6 mini-sessions in one days, usually around 1 hr for each individual. A really practical and cost-effective solution which can be ideal when supporting implementation of a training programme or part of any engagement activity during organisational change.
